People go through transitions in their lives. Transitions to a new school, university, a new job, a new location, marriage, separation, divorce, losses of family members, friends and more. Experiencing myself these transitions and being trained how to help cope with it I can help ease these transitions in life for you.

Couples Therapy
Couple Therapy

I was trained in two approaches which can help you improve your relationship with your partner. The first is solution focused therapy by Steve De Shazer, a short term therapy and the second is Gottman approach which teaches you various skills and interventions to improve the relationship.

Trauma
Trauma

Trauma can happen as a result of sexual or physical abuse, an accident, a war or terror attack. One of the most effective ways to deal with trauma and post trauma is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). A method developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro. I was trained in this method and find it very effective for post trauma.

Depression
Depression

Some of the symptoms you may be experiencing with depression are little interest in doing things, trouble falling asleep or sleeping too much, poor appetite, difficulty concentrating and more. There are also different types of depression. I can help you ease these symptoms and feel better about yourself and others.

Anxiety
Anxiety

When you feel worried and afraid, overwhelmed by even simple situations, it can be very disabling. Some people feel self conscious in social situations or have an intense fear of a specific object or situation (phobia). With the appropriate treatment you can manage these feelings and get back to a fulfilling life.

ADHD
ADHD/ADD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder can be seen in children and adults, it can be marked by an ongoing inattention and /or hyperactivity/impulsivity that interferes with the functioning or development. There are signs and behaviors that characterize it. I can help you find out about it and teach you skills to cope with this.
